Private events at the CubHouse
- Price $230 for 2hrs.
- Private use of space.
- 15 minutes before your party is included for setup.
- Ages 0-7 recommended in the playtown area.
- 12 children and 12 adults included in price, along with tables and chairs.
- Special Events include a custom-themed coloring sheet (and a coloring station) personalized with a sentence of your choice (example: Happy Birthday Jacob!) to match your celebration.
- Guests will need grip socks. We sell them if needed $3 a pair.
- You are welcome to bring your own food and non-alcoholic drinks.

The CubHouse is the perfect spot for birthdays, family gatherings, private group playdates, baby showers, and other private events where you want a space for children ages 0-7 to feel welcome to play.
You’ll have the entire space to yourselves for $230. Half will be due at the time of booking.
Each private event includes 2 hours of exclusive playtime in our mini-town and our sitting lounge with 15 minutes before to set up.
12 children and 12 adults are included in each special event, along with the tables and chairs. We also offer a custom coloring sheet with one sentence of your choice, and we will match its theme to your event.
You can bring your own food and drinks to enjoy in our lounge area; no alcohol is allowed.
If you’d like, we can also have our coffee and snack bar open during your event.
After you reserve your date and time, we’ll give you a call to go over all the details and help make your celebration just right.
For safety, all guests must wear grip socks when in the play area, and no shoes in the CubHouse. We have them for purchase for $3 a pair if needed.
All guests will also need to sign a waiver. We’ll send a link after booking so you can share easily with your guests.
